So people are blaming Gobert of bringing the virus to the US? Do people really think he was the first one to have it. He just tested positive, that's not means he was the first to have it.

To be fair….if anything, Rudy Gobert should probably be thanked – he's legitimately the reason the NBA suspended the season, and then sports around the world followed…..I mean he did a dumb thing, but it wasn't malicious, and let's be real – suspending these events is the right call, have to reduce the spread as much as possible. And yes, most won't die from this…..but you may get, pass it on to a grandparent or something….and well, you know.

Realistically, these kinds of measures should have happened earlier.

Max has made a career on ignoring context and focusing on a single word, but this is a stretch, even for him.

Besides, how seriously can we take him talking about a virus, when he perpetually looks like he has herpes at the corners of his mouth?

This has been slander on Gobert’s name. Who’s to say he didn’t contract it from Donovan? Nobody knows this. They’re only using him as a scapegoat because he was tested first

So you mean to tell me Gobert showed symptoms thee day before he was tested which means he had the virus for about 2 weeks. In those two weeks Gobert is playing hard nosed defense against, what was it, 5 different teams and those 5 teams played teams and so on and so forth. But lets just look at the teams Gobert played. Out of the DOZENS of players that he had close contact with only his teammate Donnovan gets infected. THAT'S IT! HOW SWAY! Gobert was in close contact and breathed on way more players than just Donnovan. I'm not so sure I'm buying this story.
