You know why Giannis won MVP? Because he doesn’t care about being MVP. He isn’t satisfied with regular season accolades and awards. He wants a Title. Harden can’t give a shit about a Title, he wants all the individual awards. Ball hog that plays no defense and nobody likes watching. Gtfoh

Lebron should have had the MVP the two years Harden and Westbrook won. Dude carried his team to the finals each time. Not knocking Westbrook or Harden, just saying that Lebron had the better seasons each year.

If Harden was right, then Lebron wouldve been the MVP for almost the entire decade since the media has nobody to talk about but him. The media keeps on making narratives like Lebron is the GOAT or Lebron will carry this team or this and that. But Lebron didnt win it everytime, did he? Giannis carried the Bucks up to the ECF last season against arguably the strongest East in the last 10 years. I'm not even a Giannis fan but pound for pound, Giannis was the better player last season. Deal with it.

I don’t understand why so many are bitching about Giannis winning MVP, he was the best player on the best regular season team in the league. Harden’s team started out slow and made it to the upper end of the west, Giannis started strong and never let up.
I don’t understand what the issue is.

Considering how often Harden travels and gets away with it… and how often he carries and gets away with it… and how easily refs call fouls for him instead of offensive fouls against him… and how much forward sway he's allowed to have on his jumpshot… and how much taunting Harden can get away with…

Yeah, James. Just play your game and keep ya mouth shut. You have no business bitching to anyone about anyone. You get the NBA darling treatment and you know it.

It’s always weird to me how someone wins an MVP award cos they have more in terms of numbers but not cos they’re better. It’s the most valuable player, ideally the best player. Harden’s not the best player in the league, therefore not the most valuable. Put lebron in the rockets and they’d be way better. But cos harden put up more numbers he’s in the discussion. So fucking weird.

Harden is not a team player. They would win more if he didn't jack up 36 shots a game. If he took less more efficient shots and actually made his teammates better he would have won MVP. Sometimes less is more. 44% is not good. Giannis did more for his team. A lot of players can average 36 a game if they shot as much as Harden. Curry would average 40 a game but Curry is more of a team player.
